Bannock is a type of fry-bread that is crispy golden on the outside\, and soft and fluffy on the inside! \;The recipe will be shared in advance of the program so you can purchase and \;prepare \;your ingredients. \; \;Chef Zerka is a local chef with a deep passion and respect for Indigenous cuisine. She's excited to share her training with us through these recipes as a way to honour and celebrate Indigenous culture through food. \;This program is part of \;our \;85Green: Cooking Series\, a collaboration with \;Collective Catering at The Underground Flavour Group.
