Grief During a Pandemic

It's been more than a year of losses. Whether you've experienced the death of someone you know, are mourning the loss of a job, social connection or the usual routines of daily life, what many of us are feeling right now is grief. Join us to learn more about how grief may be impacting your life and ways you can manage it.

Grief looks and feels different for everyone. There are no checklists to complete or a finish line to cross. There are no stages. Grief is a journey that everyone will travel at some point in their lives. Participate in a session with Melina Pearson, the Outreach Coordinator with the Bereaved Families of Ontario - Midwestern Region.
