Solroc Music Multi award winning singer, songwriter, producer and recording artist, Carlos Morgan, conducts and facilitates two workshops on careers in the music business and industry in Heffner Studio at Kitchener Public Library.

Week 1 (Oct. 15):

For the first session, the workshop will cover: songwriting & songwriting splits, music production, music publishing, role of management, role of the record label, songwriting societies e.g. SOCAN, ASCAP, BMI, Harry Fox, etc.... streaming, and online music digital platforms

Week 2 (Oct. 29):

The second session will cover: being an artist, branding, imaging, marketing & promotion, touring and live performances.
