Living Life to the Full is a mental health promotion course to help deal with everyday challenges and learn self-management skills.


Session 1, Why Do I Feel So Bad-Understanding the connection between our thoughts/emotions/physical symptoms and behaviours. The Vicious Cycle!


Session 2, I Can’t Be Bothered Doing Anything- Behaviour Change and Self-Management Strategies


Session 3, Why Does Everything Always Go Wrong-Thinking Patterns-3 Steps to Getting Rid of Unhelpful Thoughts


Session 4, I’m Not Good Enough- Exploring Self-Confidence


Session 5, How to Fix Almost Everything- Problem Solving and Positive Coping. Remember the Easy 4-Step Plan?


Session 6, The Things We Do That Mess Us Up-Behaviour Change Part 2. Coping Behaviours-Understanding the Helpful and Unhelpful things we do.


Session 7, Are you Strong Enough to Keep Your Temper?-Managing the emotion of Anger. 1,2,3 BREATHE! 


Session 8-10 Things you can do to feel happier straight away!


This program is offered in partnership with Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre.

Registration is required. Participants are encouraged to attend all 8 sessions.
