Mindfulness
-- you've probably heard of it, but what does it mean? And how do you actually
practice mindfulness? Join graduate students from the University of Waterloo's Clinical Psychology program as
they will answer these questions and guide you through simple mindful exercises
during this engaging talk. They will explain mindfulness and how it works, talk
about who can benefit from mindfulness, and how to incorporate it into your own
life.
