Event Details

Join us for some connection, movement and rest. We welcome you to offer 2021 a sweet farewell - together in community. As part of the Winter Festival, this online Youth Yoga and Mindfulness session offers you reflection and being present with yourself. You are invited to consider your intentions for the coming year and plant new seeds in the garden of your heart.

For this program, you will need a yoga mat and a pillow/cushion. You can also choose to bring a light blanket. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and without restriction.

About the instructor:
Marie-Louise is passionate about community, health and wellbeing. She has been teaching various therapeutic styles of yoga since 2015 in martial arts studios, boxing gyms, yoga studios and now virtually from her home. In 2016, Marie-Louise was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in the Y.O.G.A. for Youth Teacher Training Program. She was amazed how this practice challenged her strength in many ways and inspired her to learn more. The breathing techniques, movements and relaxation methods were so beneficial to help her mind and body find more ease.
