READesign is a program based on the Tuft's University Novel Engineering Program.In the READesign program, participants work alongside BrainSTEM Alliance volunteers to read a storybook, identify the problems that characters face in the book, and ultimately design a solution to the problems identified in the book. BrainSTEM Alliance volunteers share their STEM knowledge by introducing design thinking principles, and combine literacy with engineering design in this unique program offering.

The BrainSTEM Alliance team will assemble pre-packaged kits of materials for the program, which can be picked up at Central Library.
