Feeling overwhelmed trying to manage all of your social media platforms, or better yet, even deciding where you should be actively posting to reach your audience? We understand. There are so many different factors involved in choosing the right platforms and learning how to create a strong social presence so your customers can easily find you and your products. That’s why we’re put together this session to teach you the best practices for social media!

 

In this session, join the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre to look at:

-          How to use social media to drive sales (define target audience and understand which platform they’re on)

-          Creating more informative content vs. sales content to educate and engage your audience

-          Sharing user-generated contents (reviews, feedback, etc.)

-          Using proper hashtags to engage in conversations

-          Social Media Scheduling Platforms


Registration is required. This virtual program will take place via Zoom. Zoom is a video conferencing tool that allows people to meet together online. You can use Zoom on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. You will receive a link to the program by email on day the prior to or the day of the program.
