ESQ Science Literacy Week: Today's Forecast

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Event Details

This year’s theme for Science Literacy Week is Climate! In today’s activity, we will build three weather instruments for our own backyard weather station. By making a barometer, a rain gauge, and an anemometer we will utilize the engineering cycle and learn how we understand the weather around us.

This program is presented in partnership with ESQ from the University of Waterloo on YouTube Live. A FREE supply kit will be included in the registration for this program. You will need to pick up the kit at Central Library before the program. You will receive an email when the kits are available for pick up.
