Get social with the Kitchener Public Library!  

In this edition, we’re testing your knowledge of local history. How well do you know Kitchener and Waterloo Region? Could you identify famous people and landmarks from historic photographs?  

Library staff from the Grace Schmidt Room of Local History will be putting you to the test. This month, they are launching History in the Making, a digital database that will help you dive into the rich history of Kitchener and Waterloo Region and discover the people, places and stories from our past that shape our present. If you have the opportunity to explore this platform, you'll be in great shape for trivia. 

We will be sharing the trivia via Zoom and AhaSlides. AhaSlides is a web-based interactive quiz tool. Zoom is a video conferencing tool that allows people to meet together online. You can use Zoom on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. You will receive links to Zoom and AhaSlides 24 hours prior to the program. You will need this link to join the program.
