Join the Parks Canada Learn-to Camp team to explore how to share our natural spaces with animals. We will help you understand how to be smart around bears, bugs, coyotes, snakes, and even turtles! We aim to help protect you from harm while allowing these animals to thrive in their homes for generations to come!


Registration is required. This virtual program will take place via Zoom. Zoom is a video conferencing tool that allows people to meet together online. You can use Zoom on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. You will receive a link to the program by email on the day prior to or the day of the program. Please provide your email address to receive this invite, or let us know if you don’t have email. We can arrange a telephone link. 


Camping 101 is a series of programs in partnership with the Parks Canada Learn-to Camp team. This series will introduce new resources, knowledge and expert advice to adults interested in learning more about camping, hiking and wilderness safety.
