In this two part program series you will learn what Tarot cards are, and how to use them to cultivate a self care practice. This program takes place virtually. It provides an introduction to Tarot for people new to the practice, and explores different applications, spreads, and resources that you can use in daily life.
In the first session, we will focus on how to use Tarot cards, the history of Tarot, and exploring how you can interpret the cards. Session two will dive deeper into exploring Tarot spreads, card interpretation, and where you can find additional resources. Time will be given at the end of each session for optional discussion, and practice.
