Eid Mubarak! Come celebrate Eid with the Kitchener Public Library. Join Raufikat Oyawoye-Salami, winner of The Great Canadian Baking Show, as she teaches us to make a simple Eid dessert and shares her experiences of celebrating Eid in Nigeria and Canada.
Eid al-fitr marks the end of Ramadan and is a time of celebration, prayer, and giving for Muslims worldwide. This all-ages event is open for everyone regardless of background or faith.
