Join Kadampa Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Kunden with Meditation to Heal Body and Mind. In this short course we can experience the benefits of meditation to make our mind peaceful and calm, which in turn helps our body relax and heal. All the stress and tension we experience originates within our mind and this in turn gives rise to ill health. Meditation is the solution to this problem. Through meditation we can reduce this stress and reverse its damaging effect to our health by awakening our incredible innate potential to heal ourselves with meditation. This course is suitable for beginners. Everyone welcome.
