SELF-CARE & GRIEF – Self-care can take a backseat as we focus on the many other things that accompany a death. This session talks about the importance of self-care while grieving and provides some practical suggestions on how to begin.
Grief looks and feels different for everyone. There are no checklists to complete or a finish line to cross. There are no stages. Grief is a journey that everyone will travel at some point in their lives.
