AMBIGUOUS GRIEF – When you’re experiencing grief from an unclear loss or one that remains unverified or without resolution, it can be difficult to know where to start. In this session, we talk about what ambiguous grief is and its effects.
Grief looks and feels different for everyone. There are no checklists to complete or a finish line to cross. There are no stages. Grief is a journey that everyone will travel at some point in their lives. Participate in a session with Melina Pearson, the Outreach Coordinator with the Bereaved Families of Ontario - Midwestern Region.
