September 21-25 is Science Literacy Week. To celebrate, we've partnered with Engineering Science Quest from the University of Waterloo to offer fun virtual hands-on learning activities all week long! In each program, you will receive a supply kit and video link that you can watch at any time that explores a cool topic and shows you how to make a fun project. For this program we are going to make our very own light-up Angler fish as we learn all about bioluminecense (natural things that glow) and how to make a circuit. After you register for the program, you will receive an email with details on picking up your kit at the library. The video link will be emailed to you by 3:30 pm on the day of the program.
