Mindfulness Yoga—All Levels
Join us for a free, all-levels mindfulness yoga class with Mandy Elizabeth, owner of ME Yoga. Explore how mindfulness can cultivate harmony in body, mind and life by using accessible techniques that can be transferred to everyday life! There will be a short discussion around the application and real-life situations for mindful living, a yoga practice to build awareness and meditation for the busy mind - leave feeling lighter and calm. No experience necessary.
