Join us for another session of Wellness Wednesdays!

This week we are partnering with The Sweat Box to provide a bodyweight HIIT class. No equipment is necessary, and they will provide progressions and regressions during the class to keep everyone challenged, regardless of ability.  They will also incorporate a warmup before the HIIT workout, as well as a cool-down/stretch afterwards.  Start to finish will approximately 30 minutes. 

The Sweat Box is a fitness studio in Kitchener that offers personal training, group fitness classes, and nutrition coaching. They have several programs that are currently running on virtual platforms that can be found on their website


This virtual program will take place via Zoom. Zoom is a video conferencing tool that allows people to meet together online. You can use Zoom on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. Learn more here.


You will receive a Zoom link at least 24 hours prior to the program. You will need this link to join the program. By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to Kitchener Public Library’s Safe Use Code.
