Fermented foods are loaded with beneficial microbes which boost our overall immunity, improve our digestion, enhance detoxification, support our brain health and help many other physiological functions. Are you curious about the technique and the types of food used for fermentation? Join Marianna Duba, registered nutritionist, to learn more about the benefits of fermentation and the basics of homemade sauerkraut, kefir and yogurt preparation.
