Calling all bookish muggles! Join us for our virtual Harry Potter Book Club series for grades 4-8 where we'll read the first book in the Harry Potter series: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by JK Rowling. You can access this book online through Download Library: https://downloadlibrary.overdrive.com/library/kids

Each week, we'll meet for 1 hour through Zoom, discuss a section of the book, and share some activities and crafts we've created.

Grades 4-8
Registration Required.

This week: Read chapters 1-5 (first section)

Get started with your first Harry Potter book challenge:
Do one of these two activities before our first session and share your experience!
  1. Visit https://my.wizardingworld.com/register and take the quiz to figure out what house you're in. Make sure you ask your caregiver permission to do this!
  2. Re-create a scene from the first section.
This virtual program will take place via Zoom. Zoom is a video conferencing tool that allows people to meet together online. You can use Zoom on a desktop, laptop, tablet,or mobile device. Learn more here: ​https://zoom.us/home?zcid=2478
