Making Time for You: Add Wellness to Your Life

Event Details

Participants will learn easy, practical solutions to add health and wellness to their lives. We will discuss the mind/body/spirit connection and create a visual representation of this. Life/work balance will be discussed and we will complete a personal schedule that better balances our distribution of life and work. Participants will learn a few quick strategies to add exercise to their day. We will end our workshop with a guided mediation followed by Q & A.

This program is presented by Fran Garton, who runs Insist on Fit, a personal training/fitness business.
