Kitchener Public Library is pleased to offer this dementia-friendly movie in partnership with the Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington.
This is a special screening for people living with dementia or Alzheimer
disease and their caregivers and family.
The two short films “A Conestoga Wagon Stopped Here” and “The Industrial Progress of Kitchener” will trace the history of Waterloo County and the area’s industrial development from 1947 to 1957. These films will delight long-time residents of the area.
There will be an activity at intermission and refreshments will be provided.
