Please join Fran Garton, personal trainer and fitness instructor, for an interactive, hands-on workshop that will teach you the fundamentals of foam rolling. You will learn the benefits and misconceptions of foam rolling. We will also explore techniques to foam roll various body parts. You will be guided and learn the correct application of foam rolling techniques that will address problems such as muscle soreness, inactive muscles, and provide pain relief. Please wear comfortable clothing. There will be a question and answer period at the end of the workshop.
