Do you feel more than just anxious? Megan Prenty from the Waterloo Mental Wellness Network explores the symptoms of anxiety and discusses the physiological and mental changes that occur. Several simple self-care practices to reduce feelings and symptoms of anxiety will be offered with the goal of creating a sense of calm and relaxation.
