For the majority of people at any age walking is the “Best Exercise”. This morning Greg Vincent an “addicted  walker” will talk on the advantages of walking throughout your life. There are definite advantages to both your heart and your brain, no special devices needed and its cheap! Greg will look at how much, how often and where are some of his favourite places to walk locally, on Ontario’s trails and abroad.
