Many office workers experience job related back pain, headaches and adverse health effects. In this lecture we will identify how health is affected by prolonged sitting and learn more about postural pain; how it affects us and what we can do about it. We will cover a short stretching routine that can be done in the office as well as discuss other options for reducing stress and muscle tension. A period for questions will be available.
