the Toronto Bodhi Meditation Centre, for this introduction to walking
meditation, a quick and effective way to boost your energy level and alleviate
stress. The workshop will feature an overview of Energy Bagua, a walking
meditation practice and a seated, relaxation practice. Please wear comfortable clothing.
