Learn the fundamentals of web design with our new 3-part series.  On each of the sessions we will focus on one of the three foundations of building websites, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  HTML is the underlying structure of a website like the blueprint or floor plan of a house. CSS or ‘Cascading Style Sheets’ is what gives a web page its unique style. In the house analogy, this is like choosing what colors to paint the walls, and choices like hardwood floor vs carpet etc.  Finally, JavaScript is used to add some computer intelligence to your page. This can make your page interactive, or even into a game that reacts to your keyboard or mouse inputs. When you learn the basics of those three website components (HTML CSS, and JavaScript), you can create your own fully customizable websites by yourself!
