Using the art medium of Lego, Grace Hilbig focuses on areas of social change that are near and dear to her heart. Her mission is to build social change with Lego bricks, one brick at a time. Through her sculptures, Grace explores poverty, disabilities, mental health, LGBT rights and religious intolerance. To this end, she uses Lego in unconventional ways. Yes, she builds spaceships and castles for fun sometimes, but most of the time she looks at Lego as one of the best art mediums ever created.
