No, it’s not a pastry. A Raspberry Pi is an inexpensive, pocket-sized computer that can easily connect to real-world objects and convert old electronic devices into “smart” devices that can be controlled with code. After learning to use the Raspberry Pi, and a quick introduction to coding, participants will learn to construct elaborate electronic contraptions each week. By the end of the 8-week series you will be able to connect to everyday household appliances so they react to your mad scientist whims. All equipment provided, no previous coding experience required. Keyboarding skills are an asset.

For adults & teens.
Registration required.
