Mindfulness is the art of maintaining peaceful states of mind through the practice of meditation. Suitable for everyone, this class focuses on applying Buddhist wisdom to help develop a peaceful mind in our daily lives, including a breathing meditation, teachings, and a guided meditation, with an opportunity to ask questions.
