Tween Scene STEAM: Bee House DIY

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Event Details

Using science, tech, engineering and art kits explore our amazing world and get outside. Sign up for the program that inspires you and come to the Central Library for a kit and follow along with our video program. You will need to supply glue and a recycled water bottle or any coated cardboard container.

Week 3  Help our native bee friends and make a bee house where they can build their nests. Native bees are docile and do not usually sting so they make great pollinating neighbors.

Picking up the FREE supply kit is required for participation in the program. Kits are available for pick up via our Curb & Carry Service at Central Library 2-weeks before the program.

Registrants must be between grades 4-7, or ages 9-12.

Registration is required (one spot per participant).

This program is a YouTube video released on Friday afternoons at 4:00 pm. In compliance with copyright law, all videos are unlisted. You must register in order to receive a link to the latest episode.
