Does your
favourite sweater have a hole? Has your child's beloved teddy bear lost an eye?
Are there one too many tears in your jeans? Bring them to our virtual Repairathon and
learn how to breathe new life into your possessions.
Join
our talented volunteers to learn how to fix your stuff! Our volunteers
will first do a demonstration on mending. Then will teach you how to
repair many things, including (but not limited to) these examples:
buttons
tears
stuffed animals
umbrellas
knitting
belt need another hole
slippers need re-enforcing
etc
We will help you save it from the landfill, and give it a second
life. Don't buy new, repair!
