Come join us to learn helpful tips on how you can STAND UP TO FALLS. The SMARTâ„¢ program is a national, evidence based gentle exercise and falls prevention program. The goal of the program is to assist older adults in maintaining and/or improving their functional fitness and independence. Get ready to also partake in some gentle movements and balance strategies!
