Nino Ricci broke onto the Canadian literary stage with his Lives of the Saints trilogy, which includes the novels Lives of the Saints, In a Glass House, and Where She Has Gone. He has also written a biography of Pierre Trudeau and three other novels, including his most recent, the psychologically twisted Sleep, which won the Canadian Authors Award for Fiction. Ricci has twice won the Governor General’s Award for Fiction, the Books in Canada First Novel Award, the Trillium Award, and many others. His work regularly appears on bestseller lists and Best Books of the Year lists. He is also a former KPL Writer-in-Residence.
